New Postcard Available!

For those who don't want to or who can't contribute to the ad campaign for some reason, you can still let the CW know how you feel by sending in a pledge postcard .

The postcard is designed to fit on a standard 3.5" x 5.5" (8.9 x 14.0 cm) postcard or on a 4" x 6" (10.1 x 15.2 cm) one.

Here's how to complete it:

The first blank is for your name.

The second blank is for your age demographic, which is one of the following:
 
< 12
12-17
18-24
25-39
30-34
35-39
40-44
45-49
50-54
55-59
60-64
65+

The third blank is for the date on which you signed the pledge.

The fourth and fifth blanks are for your city and state (or city and country for non-US folks)

The fifth (or second last) blank is for your signature.

The sixth (or last) blank is for the year/season when you started watching the show.
