Sign the Petition

Over the past two years, fans have continued signing this petition, to the point that it has almost quadrupled in size and now has over 15,000 signatures!

You can sign the Save Veronica Mars petition to keep the show in production and on TV. If you want to show how diverse the fan base for this show is, remember to sign the petition with your full real name and age group. If you don't fall into either age group, you could mention your age or even your demographic (Under 18 or 50+) in your comments.

To date we have recieved:

PLEASE READ!

Due to some unfortunate comments on the petition, the following guidelines have been put into effect.
  • Please use your full name. Your signature carries more credibility that way because there are many people with the same first name.
  • Please do not disrespect The CW, any of its other shows, or Dawn Ostroff herself. As the saying goes, "You catch more flies with honey, than with vinegar." In other words, if you want someone to do you a favor (like keep your favorite show on the air), it's a lot more likely if you don't get on their bad side by disrepecting them or their work.
  • Please do not threaten to stop watching the network if the show is canceled. This won't help anyone.
  • Please do not post any advertising in the comments section (seriously!)
  • Please do not post anything rude or obscene in the comments section (really, seriously!)
  • Please do not post any email addresses in the comments section. (If you want, you can make your email address public when you sign the petition.)
  • Please do not use foul language -- deliberately misspelled or otherwise.
  • Please do not write your comments in ALL CAPS. It is extremely hard to read and is considered to be the online equivalent of shouting
  • Please do not sign your name more than once at one time! (If you are intent on padding the petition by signing more than once, at least wait a couple of pages before signing again.)

In short, please keep your comments positive. As a group, we're much more likely to get the outcome we want by only mentioning positive comments. Signatures with negative comments, or that do not follow any of the above guidelines, will be removed so the petition can make the best impression possible once submitted.

Also, the petition is addressed to UPN because it was created in November 2004 to ensure that we got a second season. We are working on having an update added to the petition. Please be patient.
